Chili Cheese Seasoning for Popcorn and More
Try this chili cheese seasoning for your popcorn, potatoes, eggs or veggies.
Usually we eat our air-popped popcorn with a little salt and butter, but now and then we spice things up with a little Chili Cheese Seasoning.
But this chili cheese seasoning isn’t just for popcorn, it’s also good on potatoes, pasta, veggies, eggs, chickpeas or garlic toast. This recipe uses real cheddar cheese powder, which I found at a bulk food store. If you want, you could also use KD cheese powder!

Popping Corn – 1/2 cup popcorn kernels =16 cups or 4 Litres of popcorn (1 ice cream pail)
Butter – 1 Tablespoon of butter will coat 4 cups of popcorn
Seasoning – 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon of seasoning will coat 4 cups of popcorn
Enjoy your popcorn!
