Easy Shamrock Snack for Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with this easy shamrock snack!It’s quick, easy, green and happens to be healthy and kid friendly!
All you need are spinach tortilla wraps and a shamrock shaped cookie cutter.
This platter of veggies and shamrocks makes a great after school snack. Our shamrocks were filled with kid friendly fillings like cream cheese, cream cheese and cucumbers, cheddar cheese and cheddar cheese with spinach. What fillings would your crew enjoy? Peanut butter and bananas in a green shamrock – why not!?
This snack is so easy, there’s no recipe required. Spread your fillings on one tortilla, layer a second tortilla on top and cut with ashamrock shaped cookie cutter. I highly recommending filling and layering your tortillas before you use the cookie cutter – cutting the shape first and then trying to spread cream cheese on it and aligning another shamrock on top is pretty messy. Guess how I discovered that little tid bit of info!
