My latest workshop was on healthy, fresh and affordable eating.  It was a fast paced evening of demos, discussions and hands-on learning. Key ideas we covered included the following.

In this latest workshop, everyone also got a chance to make their own salad dressings. Thanks to the Manitoba Canola Growers they even got to take a jar of their creation home with them – that is, if anything was left after the taste testing!

There was so much going on in this last workshop, I didn’t get a chance to take an action shot, but here’s a look at another group I worked with this fall as they were inventing their own recipes with limited ingredients.
