I’m an omnivore and I love veggies! This year, my goal is to eat more of them. I know they’re good for us and I want to make sure I’m getting enough. But I want them to be REALLY tasty and truly ENJOYABLE, not just a chore. Know what I mean?
That means, you’ll see a lot of veggie centric recipes and tips on my site and social media. That doesn’t mean I won’t be enjoying and sharing tips and recipes of other foods – but the veggies will always be close at hand.
