Ingredients
¼cupGreek yogurt
¼cupmayonnaise*
2Tbspgrated Parmesan cheese
1-2clovesgarlic minced
½TbspDijon mustard
1tspWorcestershire sauce
¼tspfish sauceoptional
1Tbspfresh lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large jar, combine all ingredients.
Stir or shake well.
Store in fridge for 5-7 days.
Makes 3/4 cup of dressing, enough for dressing one large head of romaine
