1cupraw cashews (soaked 1 hr)
2Tbsplemon juice
2Tbspnutritional yeast
¼tspgarlic powder
¼tsponion powder
2tspfresh chopped parsley
1tspfresh chopped chives
1tspfresh chopped fresh dill
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Use food processor or high powered blender. Add up to 1⁄2 cup water for desired consistency. Store for up to a week in the fridge.
