Ingredients

water

sugar

cup
chopped herbs
Instructions
Heat water to simmer. Add sugar. Stir and heat until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat, add herbs and let steep for 15-30 minutes. Let cool.
Strain and pour into bottle or jar.
Store in fridge for 3-4 weeks.
Can be frozen for longer storage.
Notes
To make a "rich" syrup, use 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water.
To create a "light" syrup, use 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup water.
For 14 servings (2 Tbsp each)
