1apple (any kind) cored & quartered
1frozen banana
2Tbsphemp hearts
1 1/2 cupkale leaves
1/4cupfresh mint leaves (10-12 leaves)
1cup ice
1/2 cupwater (if needed)
Instructions

Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape sides as needed.
