Ingredients
1/4cupground cinnamon
2tspground nutmeg
2tspground ginger
1 1/2tspground allspice
1/2tspground cardamomoptional
Instructions
Place all ingredients in small bowl and mix well.
Pour into small, sealable glass jar.
Seal tight and store in dry, cool, dark place for up to 2 years.
Notes
Use 1 tsp in filling for 1 pie. Use 2 tsp in gingerbread recipes. Use 1 ½ tsp in spice cake. Use 1 tsp in spiced shortbread. Yield: 1/4 -1/3 cup
