Apple Pie Overnight Oats
A healthy, tasty make ahead breakfast that's easy to take along to work or school. A delicious and filling apple pie flavor.

Ingredients

cup
large flake oats
1/2
Tbsp
ground flax seed
1/8
tsp
pie spice
or cinnamon
1/4
cup
milk
1/4
cup
plain yogurt
1/4
cup
unsweetened apple sauce
1/2
tsp
honey
optional
Instructions
Mix oats, flax seed and pie spice or cinnamon in jar.
Add milk, yogurt and apple sauce. Mix well.
Taste and add honey if desired.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Eat chilled or warmed (heat in microwave or on stove top). Add more milk if too thick.
Store refrigerated for up to 2 days.
Makes: 1 jam jar (250 ml)
Notes
This fills a jam jar to the top!
