Ingredients
2/3cupRicotta Cheese
1/3cupcream cheese
1Tbsp lemon juice
1Tbspfinely chopped chives or green onions
1Tbspfinely chopped parsley
1Tbspfinely chopped dill
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/8 tsponion powderoptional
1/8tspblack pepper
salt to taste
Instructions
Drain liquid from ricotta cheese.
In small bowl, combine all ingredients using the back of a fork or spoon against the side of the bowl, until well blended and smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Store in a tightly sealed container for 2 to 4 days in the fridge.
