Place sliced strawberries in bowl and mix with honey or sugar to draw out juice. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup strawberries to bottom of each jar or serving dish, layer with 1 Tbsp granola and 1/4 cup yogurt. Repeat layers.
Finish with a layer of granola and top with a fresh berry.
If you're taking this to go and want to keep your granola crunchy, consider packing the granola in a separate container as it will soften somewhat over a couple of hours.
