Rosemary Rhubarb Smash Mocktail

Ingredients

rosemary, stripped
1/4
cup
rhubarb simple syrup

Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
ice
club soda or sparkling water
Instructions
Gently muddle rosemary leaves, and rhubarb syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Add lemon juice and ice. Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain into a short tumbler of fresh ice.
Top with sparkling water and stir to incorporate.

- Add a shot of gin or vodka. Or try something deeper like bourbon.
