Spicy Sriracha Dipping Sauce
This spicy sriracha dipping sauce is fantastic for these vegetable summer rolls.
While the green cilantro sauce needs more work, this red, spicy sriracha sauce and the sesame soy sauce got the thumbs up from several taste testers.

Making the sauce is pretty straightforward, so I’ll get right to it with the recipe.
Spicy Sriracha Dipping Sauce
A mix of spicy sriracha, ginger and brown sugar makes this a perfect dipping sauce for spring or summer rolls.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Siracha Sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- In small bowl or jar, combine all ingredients to blend thoroughly.
- Serve and enjoy.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
