What to do with Meatloaf Leftovers
There are some people that believe the best part about meatloaf is the leftovers. I don’t know, I sure do like that first bite! However, the fact that leftover meatloaf is super delicious and extremely versatile certainly entices me to make extra meatloaf so we’re guaranteed to have leftovers.
As evidenced by this 1963 ad for Hunt’s Catsup, meatloaf leftovers have been enjoyed for a long time.
Here are a few ideas for what to do with meatloaf leftovers. Of course you can simply reheat a slice of meatloaf and eat it as is, but here are some other ideas for you to consider. For some, you simply slice and heat the meatloaf (you don’t even need to heat it for the sandwich) and in others you just crumble the loaf into little pieces and use in place of browned ground beef.
