Usually we eat our air-popped popcorn with a little salt and butter, but now and then we spice things up with a little Chili Cheese Seasoning.popcorn bowl

But this chili cheese seasoning isn’t just for popcorn, it’s also good on potatoes, pasta, veggies, eggs, chickpeas or garlic toast.  This recipe uses real cheddar cheese powder, which I found at a bulk food store. If you want, you could also use KD cheese powder!
