Fresh Chive and Lemon Vinaigrette
Try this fresh and zippy chive and lemon vinaigrette with your favourite salad greens or oven roasted potatoes or asparagus. It’s tangy and lemony, perfect for a simple bed of greens.

Recipe for Chive and Lemon Vinaigrette
Chive and Lemon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp fresh chives chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a jam jar, add all ingredients.
- Screw lid on jar and shake vigorously to combine ingredients.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Drizzle over salad greens.
- Keep vinaigrette in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
