Here are my favourite citrus recipes! Every year when winter arrives, I fall in love with lemons, limes, grapefruit, oranges and pomelos all over again! Here’s a list of all my favourite citrus recipes and resources that I’ve created and shared over the years.

Below are my favourite recipes that include all common citrus fruits: oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit and pomelo!

Citrus in Baking & Desserts

Juicy and sometimes tart, sweet citrus is always a fresh and flavourful option for dessert. Citrus is generous – you have both zest and juice to rely on for flavour in your baked treats. My favourite for baking is the classic lemon, but I’ll gladly enjoy a touch of orange with chocolate or squash too! What’s your favourite way to bake with citrus?

Citrus Salads

Fruit filled citrus salads offer amazing freshness at the end of a heavy meal and can also be enjoyed as a whole meal or snack all on their own. Drizzle a unique vinaigrette dressing, add feta, toasted nuts/seeds or garnish with chopped fresh herbs to take your citrus salads to the next level. Here are a few of my absolute favourites that I turn to often!

How to Citrus: Tips & Techniques

Learning to love (and segment) citrus doesn’t take much more than a little patience. Read below for some key tips and tricks for segmenting all our favourite citrus fruits as well as how to get the MOST juice out of your limes and lemons (even if they’re frozen – That’s right, you can freeze limes and lemons!!)

Segmenting grapefruit takes a bit of patience, but is worth all the trouble for those delicious ruby slices.
