Infused Vodka – How to Flavour Alcohol at Home
In August, I started my foray into homemade alcoholic beverages with two versions of nanking cherry liqueur. The process I used for those require longer than this simple infused vodka recipe. With only a little time til Christmas, we need something that we can make much more quickly. Infused vodka, as seen on CTV Morning Live, ought to do the trick.
I made a batch of saskatoon and lemon infused vodka and some cranberry, orange and cinnamon infused vodka. After infusing two bottles of vodka for 2 weeks, I had plenty of flavoured vodka for stocking stuffers, gifts and our own liqueur cabinet.
Here’s the recipe for saskatoon infused vodka.
